Basic receipt of destruction given

This service is done quickly in our shop while you wait and you may personally witness its destruction. We guarantee this is the best way to "brick" your hard drive; i.e. rendering it forever useless. Please note this process is permanent and irreversible. A basic receipt will be given showing that the service has been completed. Any computer or electronic device dropped off at Renew will either be wiped here or eventually destroyed at our downstream recycler within one to two weeks. If concerned about your phone or tablet you can do a reset in the settings before recycling.

Certificate of Destruction: $100 fee/lot

If you require a Certificate/Letter of Destruction please make an appointment ahead of time. There is a one business day wait for all Destruction orders requiring a Certificate. There is a one time fee of $100 per lot given plus the cost of each individual drive.
